The foundation of Ken's coaching philosophy is rooted in respect and trust. Skills taught in practices focus on core systems that are expanded with each individual player resulting in the development of the team as a whole. Varying game strategies are introduced as the season progresses and are designed to resemble those that are being taught at all levels within the Abington Ice Hockey program. Under this system, players are challenged to improve all elements of their game while ensuring they are situated in an environment that supports their specific skill sets and allows for opportunities of success.
"The ultimate goal is to increase players' skills throughout the year; be competitive in league play; successful in the post season; and encourage them to continue to enjoy the game of hockey as they graduate to the next level of whatever lies ahead in their future." -Coach, Ken Brzozowski
